Unlike many of our competitors, we do not believe that franchises should compete against one another. To rectify this, we will not put more than one franchise in any given territory. This allows us both to concentrate our collective efforts on securing more business (hopefully from our competitors). Long term franchise agreement (10 years with an option for another 10)
We believe in long-term relationships. We realize that it takes time to build a successful business. Since our future well being is directly tied into the success of our franchises, we believe that anything less than an initial 10-year term, is simply not enough! You need long-term commitments and we provide them.

Multiple profit centers for only one franchise fee
Unlike many of our competitors, who charge additional fees for additional profit centers, we do not think this is fair. At Roto-Static, we have one franchise fee but multiple opportunities! Resulting in additional work, greater profits and generally reduced overheads (per dollar earned).

Our franchise support systems are the best
We believe in being in business for yourself not by yourself. At Roto-Static we put this belief into practice. 1st, any major policy decision must be reviewed and approved by our franchise advisory council. In effect, our management team works with our franchises not against them. This group of approximately 12 franchises from various regions, meets on a semi-annual basis with the management team of Robben Industries Ltd (the franchisor). The meetings are instructive and inclusive. Rather than discord, everyone works toward the betterment of the overall program. That's how it should be.

In addition, our regional/national conventions, monthly newsletters, on-going training seminars, franchise visits, 1-800 number, e-mail, dedicated franchisee intranet site, online forms, training materials, national insurance program, and on and on, we offer the utmost in support to our franchisees. We are here to help with any problems you have. Truly, we recognize that our franchisees are the strength of our entire network and do everything possible to help them succeed.
